When someone enters a Debt Settlement Arrangement is their employer notified as part of the process?

If they aren't is it information that they're likely to find out anyway?

There is no automatic notication process for your employer tobe made aware of a DSA. A register is however kept with the Insolvency Service and is available for public viewing.

Will some people have a clause in their contract of employment that means they have to notify their employer?

If so, what types of job might that apply to?
